Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds or managing mental health conditions, my coaching method is focused on what you want to create in your business and how you want to feel doing it. Don’t get me wrong— the past definitely has a role to play in how we relate to ourselves, and I’ll be here to support you through anything that comes up, however, it won’t be the focus.  

On the other hand, traditional business mentoring often offers rigid, cookie-cutter strategies and metrics-boosting tactics with no regard for how your brain works. Instead, I integrate psychology-based approaches to address the internal blocks preventing the implementation of such strategies (because a lot of the time, they aren’t in alignment with your values!). Together, we’ll work at the intersection of your mind and business, helping you build both the emotional capacity and strategic clarity to follow through with confidence. As a result, you’ll understand exactly what’s stopping you internally and how to move forward externally.

We will absolutely cover business strategy! I believe that once you become familiar with your internal landscape—your beliefs, habits, behaviors, and identities—and develop the emotional capacity, you’ll be better equipped to design a business strategy that’s aligned with your values and goals. You'll walk away with both the inner resilience and practical frameworks to build a sustainable business that feels good to run.

Not at all. While some of my clients come with established businesses looking to scale, others are in earlier stages of clarity or pivoting. The only thing you need is a readiness to explore what truly matters to you beneath all the "shoulds." If you're feeling stuck between different directions or overthinking your next move, our work together can help crystallize which path feels most aligned. We'll use psychology-based tools to uncover your natural strengths and develop offers that leverage them authentically.
